The same side as the UK, although the speed limits are slightly
lower and the traffic travels slower.

one is in Galway, a regional airport but now offering daily flights
to & from Luton. Shannon, near Limerick, is about an hour and
a quarter away, Dublin about two and a quarter hours.

These are seasonal but if you are lucky enough to be here when they
are on, keep a look out for Galway Racing, Clarinbridge Oyster Festival,
Championship fishing, Gaelic Football, Hurling, Rugby Soccer and
Galway Greyhound races are every Tuesday and Friday evenings starting
at 8.15pm.
